Here's how we have loved and cared for your new pup

HEALTH STATUS: All puppies are on an ongoing deworming schedule, have had various needed vaccines, and are flea and tick free.
OBEDIENCE TRAINING: We use Will Atherton's Perfect Puppy Course. As such, they are on a good daily schedule, have play time together, both inside and outside, and are socialized with other dogs. They also have alone time and training time separated from their littermates throughout the day. This combo helps individualized training success and builds a calm confidence in your pup, aiding the successful transition to your home, family, and pets. They are excellent at "place" command and puppy nibbling is almost non-existent now. As well, they are required to "sit" until a "break" command for meals.
But do be realistic: transitioning to you as their new leader will likely take a transition period.

Of course, as Ridgebacks, we support and encourage their instinctual inclination to be couch potatoes. Nothing better than a low-key cuddle buddy, and these dogs will not disappoint!

HOUSE BROKEN: All pups are completely house-broken. Of course, how they transition to your house may vary but, to date, all reports have been excellent!

CRATE TRAINED: Your new pup will come to you already crate trained. We transitioned this litter as soon as possible to individual crates. They no longer need night time potty breaks and stay in their kennels all night long, as well as spend nap and quiet times happily in their kennels.

SOCIALIZATION: Not only socialized with other dogs, your new pup continues to be socialized with various aged children (including toddlers) and adults. To say the least, they are very, very socialized. Your pup has already been on many car rides (prepping for delivery to you, should that be needed). As well, your pup has been to various stores, including but not only, Home Depot, Target, the grocery store, and of course, the vet. We do get a lot of ooo's and ahhh's, that's for sure!

It is generally accepted that exposure to various experiences, smells, sounds, and people helps make a more tranquil and happy dog. That's why we started that process early. For us, it has been a blast! People LOVE these dogs! And we're proud of that!

FUN FACT: At their first vet visit, each of them obeyed the SIT command on the big scale! Wasn't picture-perfect form, but it was so awesome!
FOOD: Your pup has been fed a very wholesome mixed diet of home-prepared cooked and raw meals as well as kibble. We have also used puppy-appropriate vitamin/mineral toppers. Their menu has included beef (including liver and heart), chicken (including heart), sardines, fresh eggs, broccoli, carrots, peas, fresh milk, and blueberries. They easily move from fresh to kibble as needed. (Stella&Chewy's)
But, honestly, these pups would probably eat anything. (:
So be assured, we take the food we feed your pup very seriously. We want to ensure that you get the healthiest pup possible.
LASTLY: Due to a family accident, we were a little slow presenting these pups to you. But, in spite of what life threw at us, we made certain that these pups were given all the love and care you would have given them yourself. And, they have loved us much in return!

We are more than certain they will be just as much of a blessing to you as they have been to us!
